I purchased a pair of wireless headphones as a Christmas gift and wasn't happy with the performance of them I attempted to return them I left several messages which went unreturned and I also emailed which I received no response from this company they have a 30 day return policy and you need a return label from them in order to get a refund and now I'm stuck with a pair of headphones that work like garbage they have very poor customer service they take your money and run don't buy from them
